MNW Cougar Softball team fell to the Pocahontas Area/Pomeroy-Palmer
Maidens in 2A Regional Tournament action last week, 6-5.
MNW Cougar Baseball team ended its regular season with four losses,
PA/PP, 8-2, Sioux Central, 5-4, North Sentral Kossuth, 12-3. They
played Pocahontas Area/Pomeroy-Palmer for a second time in a week, in
Class 2A District action, and fell to the Indians 3-0.
Pomeroy-Palmer sports are being shared with Pocahontas Area teams
beginning with the Summer 2008 season.
